Composite lightweight panels made of carbon/carbon fiber offer multiple possible uses. The high rigidity + strength at a very low weight are the main advantages of our carbon plates. For all our carbon fiber plates, we also offer complete processing according to drawings on request. In our website, you will find a large selection of composite panels. We are also able to produce and process carbon sandwich panels with your desired dimensions. By default, our carbon plates have the typical visible carbon fabric structure on both sides and can be used for design applications without any problems.

When pressing carbon plates, pre-impregnated fabrics and scrims are usually used. The composite carbon fiber plates are compressed under high pressure and heated at the same time, so that the fibers are completely permeated with the matrix and air pockets do not occur during curing. Epoxy resins with the required properties are usually used as the matrix. This process is primarily used to produce constant-thickness carbon plates/carbon fiber plates. These carbon plates can then be further processed into more complex components.
